kimchi
1公斤半大白菜切成8辨。每片叶用盐腌三小时,然后用水把盐撤底洗掉,用手榨干水分。备用。

腌料:
把以下材料用搅拌器搅
1粒梨切小块,5汤匙韩国辣椒粉,1粒大葱切丁 1大粒蒜头去皮,4寸长姜切小粒,
200ml鱼露 1汤匙chimchalok

1条白萝卜切小条和上面腌料混在一起,然后把每一片大白菜都涂上白萝卜和腌料。
然后放进盒子里,让它在室内温度4小时候才放进冰箱。
