Green tea flavoured Mochi

150g of glutinous flour
150ml of water
75g of sugar
Half teaspoon of bakeable green tea powder
150-200g of green tea green bean paste(cut into 15 portions and roll them into balls)
100g of tapioca flour(for dashing)

Except for green tea green bean paste, mix all the other ingredients until mixture is smooth
After that, steam for 15 minutes
When ready, scoop out the mixture and cut into about 15 portions
Then, wrap the green tea green bean paste with the mixture. Tip: Apply flour onto your hands to prevent them from sticking to the mixture while wrapping
